I've been wearing Keen sandals for quite some time but these, at least for me, are better. First they have a heel, velcro fastener so once you have the laces adjusted you never have to adjust them again. The sole is more flexible and comfortable. The insole keeps my foot from sweating. It has good arch support. You may want to try a 1/2 size smaller, it's a little large.
It's almost as if I'm wearing a sandal without the flip and flop. The fit is absolutely perfect, it looks great and feels wonderful. I'm eagerly anticipating the opportunity to pair them with my Hawaiian shirt.
These are excellent quality sandals for the price point. I don’t think I would wear them on an actual hike, though. The foot deck is pretty rigid and I think my heel would blister fairly quickly.
I suffered bad blisters with a pair of Tevas which were 1.5 times more expensive.
That being said, they are easy on/easy off and the fit is comfortable. These will be perfect for the beach. They will protect my soles on the asphalt and the hot sand. The sand will shake out with no problem.
Best part, they cover my weird looking toes!

So far, so good. I’ve been wearing these for over a week and so far they are comfortable and functional. They seem to be durable, though only over time will I know for sure.
Used these for hiking and water shoes and they've worked great. They're holding up well in the water and off decent grip. The foot bed is comfortable, kind of a memory foam feel with what seems to be good support. Sizing seems true.
