Refund & Return Policy

We provide 30 days warranty and 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days to request warranty/return after receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return/exchange, you can contact us at danntoservice@dannto.net. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that returns/exchanges need to be sent to the following address: 26 Murphy dr Bridgewater NJ ,08807 Contact: Kevin Yan, and the return shipping costs need to be borne by you. If it is a return, after we receive the product, the order amount will be refunded to the your payment account (If the payment amount includes shipping costs, the shipping costs already paid will not be refunded when a refund is made.); if it is an exchange, after we receive the returned product, we will resend the new product to your address.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (If the payment amount includes shipping costs, the shipping costs already paid will not be refunded when a refund is made.). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have not received your refund after 15 days, please contact us at danntoservice@dannto.net.
